The Maxxus 3-Person Infrared Sauna is expertly crafted from natural reforested Canadian Hemlock wood, ensuring durability, elegance, and long-lasting performance. This high-quality material enhances the sauna’s aesthetic appeal while providing a warm, natural ambiance that complements any indoor space.

Equipped with seven PureTech™ Near Zero EMF FAR Infrared Carbon heating panels, this sauna offers deep, even heat distribution while maintaining low EMF levels (under 2MG when sitting 2-3 inches from the panels). The strategically placed heating elements include three on the rear wall, one on each side wall, one under the bench, and one on the floorboard, ensuring a full-body infrared therapy experience.

The bronze-tinted tempered glass door and side windows add a touch of modern elegance while maintaining privacy. An oversized interior Chromotherapy Color Lighting System with a Red Light feature enhances relaxation and well-being, creating a soothing spa-like atmosphere. The exterior accent lighting further elevates the sauna’s stylish design.

This sauna includes both interior and exterior LED control panels, making temperature adjustments effortless. The built-in FM radio, Bluetooth, and MP3 auxiliary connection with integrated speakers allow you to enjoy your favorite music or guided meditations while unwinding.

With an ideal temperature range of 118°F-132°F and a maximum heat of 140°F, this sauna provides optimal heat therapy for relaxation, muscle recovery, and detoxification. The electrical setup requires a special 120V/20AMP non-GFCI dedicated receptacle and breaker (not 220V/240V). It is recommended to consult a certified electrician for installation.

Designed for indoor use only, this sauna is delivered curbside on a pallet by a freight carrier. Its spacious 3-person capacity makes it a perfect choice for couples, families, or anyone seeking a premium home sauna experience.

Golden Designs Inc. (NA) and any of its subsidiaries and/or associates shall not be held responsible for any misuse of its products by the customer. Golden Designs Inc. (NA) shall not be held liable for any damage and/or injury caused by customer misuse of product.

Golden Designs Inc. (NA) and any of its subsidiaries and/or associates do not provide medical guidance or diagnosis. It is always recommended that you contact your physician for advice.

Cancellation and Return Policy
Buyer may cancel and return the goods to Seller, subject to the terms and conditions of this policy. Buyer shall assume all risk of loss associated with the return as well as shipping, handling, restocking and other fees, costs and expenses as described in this policy. Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase and all returns must be processed within 30 days of delivery.

Seller reserves the right to refuse to refund any deposit or payment, or cancel any payment due, and any owing until such time as Seller a) is in receipt of the goods b) has inspected the goods and c) in the Sellers discretion, has found the goods to be free of damage. All refunds will be provided within 5 business days once the product has been returned to the warehouse and inspected for damage.

All returned goods must be pre-approved by Seller with return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. All returned goods must be in new and unused condition, and in their original packaging. Seller may refuse to refund all or any portion of any payment, or cancel payment due and owing if the Buyer fails to fully comply with or violates the terms and conditions of this policy.

Shipping, Handling and Restocking Fees
All cancelled orders and/or returned goods shall be subject to the following:
a) storage fees and costs associated with routing the goods; b) handling and restocking fee of 20% of the total purchase for each sauna; c) all shipping costs to and from the Seller, and; d) a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number provided by Seller. Buyer’s failure to obtain the RMA number shall result in Seller not accepting any returned shipment and Buyer paying all costs and fees. All such costs and fees as determined by Seller shall be paid by Buyer to Seller upon demand by Seller.

The sauna’s serial number (S/N) can be found on a sticker located on the front panel, a plaque on the back panel, or on the product packaging. Please make sure to submit your registration and proof of purchase within 60 days of your purchase date to ensure your warranty coverage.
