SunRay saunas are shipped securely through truck freight, including curbside and lift-gate delivery service, unless specified otherwise. Each sauna is carefully packed on a durable wooden pallet with removable bracing to ensure maximum protection during transit. For personalized delivery needs, please contact us directly, and we’ll be happy to assist. The trucking company will reach out to schedule a convenient delivery appointment for your sauna.

We accept returns of non-clearance saunas within 90 days of purchase, provided the sauna is in new and resalable condition. Refunds will be issued after deducting the original and return shipping costs. Saunas returned with damage or not in a new and resalable condition are subject to a 15% inspection and restocking fee.

All saunas carry a 7-year structural warranty and 1-year parts warranty. All sauna parts including electronic parts and heater panels are guaranteed for 1-year against defects.
