The Maxxus 3-Person Infrared Sauna is crafted from natural reforested Canadian Red Cedar wood, offering exceptional durability, a rich aroma, and a luxurious aesthetic. Designed for indoor use, this sauna enhances relaxation, detoxification, and overall well-being.

Equipped with nine Low EMF FAR Infrared Carbon heating panels, this sauna delivers deep, therapeutic heat to promote muscle recovery, improved circulation, and stress relief. The panels are strategically placed, with three on each of the two rear walls, two under the bench, and one on the floorboard. With EMF levels between 6-10MG at 6 to 8 inches from the panels, this sauna ensures a safe and effective infrared experience.

The bronze-tinted tempered glass door and side windows offer privacy while allowing natural light to filter in. Inside, the oversized Chromotherapy Color Lighting System features a Red Light function, creating a calming atmosphere for relaxation and mood enhancement.

For ultimate convenience, the 2024 model includes an updated interior touch-screen control panel, removing the need for an exterior panel. The built-in FM station, Bluetooth, and MP3 auxiliary connection allow you to enjoy your favorite music through high-quality integrated speakers while you unwind.

With an ideal temperature range of 118°F-132°F and a maximum heat of 140°F, this sauna provides an optimal environment for deep sweating and detoxification. It operates on a 120V/20AMP non-GFCI dedicated receptacle and breaker.

Cancellation and Return Policy
Buyer may cancel and return the goods to Seller, subject to the terms and conditions of this policy. Buyer shall assume all risk of loss associated with the return as well as shipping, handling, restocking and other fees, costs and expenses as described in this policy. Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase and all returns must be processed within 30 days of delivery.

Seller reserves the right to refuse to refund any deposit or payment, or cancel any payment due, and any owing until such time as Seller a) is in receipt of the goods b) has inspected the goods and c) in the Sellers discretion, has found the goods to be free of damage. All refunds will be provided within 5 business days once the product has been returned to the warehouse and inspected for damage.

All returned goods must be pre-approved by Seller with return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. All returned goods must be in new and unused condition, and in their original packaging. Seller may refuse to refund all or any portion of any payment, or cancel payment due and owing if the Buyer fails to fully comply with or violates the terms and conditions of this policy.

Shipping, Handling and Restocking Fees
All cancelled orders and/or returned goods shall be subject to the following:
a) storage fees and costs associated with routing the goods; b) handling and restocking fee of 20% of the total purchase for each sauna; c) all shipping costs to and from the Seller, and; d) a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number provided by Seller. Buyer’s failure to obtain the RMA number shall result in Seller not accepting any returned shipment and Buyer paying all costs and fees. All such costs and fees as determined by Seller shall be paid by Buyer to Seller upon demand by Seller.

You can activate your sauna’s 5-year warranty by clicking here. To register, you will need proof of purchase, which can be your order confirmation email or the delivery receipt received upon delivery.

The sauna’s serial number (S/N) can be found on a sticker located on the front panel, a plaque on the back panel, or on the product packaging. Please make sure to submit your registration and proof of purchase within 60 days of your purchase date to ensure your warranty coverage.
