The Maxxus 3-Person Infrared Sauna is crafted from natural reforested Canadian Hemlock wood, providing exceptional durability, insulation, and a sleek finish. This indoor sauna offers a luxurious wellness experience, helping to relieve stress, improve circulation, and promote detoxification in the comfort of your home.

Equipped with seven PureTech™ Near Zero EMF FAR Infrared Carbon heating panels, this sauna ensures deep, even heat distribution with EMF levels under 3MG when sitting 2 to 3 inches from the panels. The strategically placed heating elements include three on the rear wall, one on each side wall, one under the bench, and one on the floorboard, creating a soothing and effective infrared therapy experience.

A clear tempered glass door with matching side windows adds a modern aesthetic while maintaining privacy. The Chromotherapy Color Lighting System includes a Red Light feature, enhancing relaxation and therapeutic benefits.

The interior LED control panel allows for easy temperature adjustments, while the built-in Bluetooth and MP3 auxiliary connection with integrated speakers lets you enjoy your favorite music or podcasts while unwinding.

With an ideal temperature range of 118°F-132°F and a maximum heat of 140°F, this sauna provides optimal heat therapy for deep relaxation and muscle recovery. It operates on a 120V/20AMP dedicated receptacle and breaker (not 220V/240V), and we recommend consulting a certified electrician for installation.

Cancellation and Return Policy
Buyer may cancel and return the goods to Seller, subject to the terms and conditions of this policy. Buyer shall assume all risk of loss associated with the return as well as shipping, handling, restocking and other fees, costs and expenses as described in this policy. Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase and all returns must be processed within 30 days of delivery.

Seller reserves the right to refuse to refund any deposit or payment, or cancel any payment due, and any owing until such time as Seller a) is in receipt of the goods b) has inspected the goods and c) in the Sellers discretion, has found the goods to be free of damage. All refunds will be provided within 5 business days once the product has been returned to the warehouse and inspected for damage.

All returned goods must be pre-approved by Seller with return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. All returned goods must be in new and unused condition, and in their original packaging. Seller may refuse to refund all or any portion of any payment, or cancel payment due and owing if the Buyer fails to fully comply with or violates the terms and conditions of this policy.

Shipping, Handling and Restocking Fees
All cancelled orders and/or returned goods shall be subject to the following:
a) storage fees and costs associated with routing the goods; b) handling and restocking fee of 20% of the total purchase for each sauna; c) all shipping costs to and from the Seller, and; d) a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number provided by Seller. Buyer’s failure to obtain the RMA number shall result in Seller not accepting any returned shipment and Buyer paying all costs and fees. All such costs and fees as determined by Seller shall be paid by Buyer to Seller upon demand by Seller.

You can activate your sauna’s 5-year warranty by clicking here. To register, you will need proof of purchase, which can be your order confirmation email or the delivery receipt received upon delivery.

The sauna’s serial number (S/N) can be found on a sticker located on the front panel, a plaque on the back panel, or on the product packaging. Please make sure to submit your registration and proof of purchase within 60 days of your purchase date to ensure your warranty coverage.
